Apple Crunch
Ingredients
- 5 tart apples
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¾ cup quick oatmeal
- ¾ cup flour
- ¾ brown sugar
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- ½ cup melted butter
Preparation
Dice the apple into small pieces and mix with the sugar and cinnamon. Cover an 8×8 or 9×9 dish with the mix.
Mix the oatmeal, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and butter into a crumble and spread over apples.
Bake at 400℉ (200℃) for 30 minutes until apples are cooked and the topping is brown.
